IV.15 How many courses does a public prosecutor have to attend annually?
The number of courses and length of education vary
dependently on the age and length of service of the prosecutor. The prosecutors
who have been in service less than three years have normally eight weeks
education yearly, later approximately one week yearly. However, the education
for prosecutors with special tasks is longer. The education activity inside the
Public Prosecution Service is only partially coordinated on the highest level
of the organization. Education of prosecutors is also initiated and performed
on the second highest level, that is, in the four Prosecution Authorities.
