IV.8 Does a national professional organisation for public prosecutors exist?
No. However, the prosecutors
have got self-governance bodies (Prosecutorial Councils). Up to now, the
prosecutors have not arranged for special professional association of
prosecutors, but there are several specialized associations of lawyers for
different fields, e.g. criminal law, commercial law, European law etc., and the
prosecutors are members of them as well.
