IV.15 How many courses does a public prosecutor have to attend annually?
The attendance of training courses depends upon
prior booking of the public prosecutors concerned and the respective
authorisation given by the Prosecutor General’s Office. The law defines no
limit to the courses the public prosecutors can attend (sect. 79 Act 16/98).
