IV.12 Which organisation gives the continuing training?

The JudicialStudiesCenter (Centro de Estudos Judiciarios) is a body with administrative and financial autonomy operating under the Ministry of Justice. Among other tasks, it is responsible for the training of public prosecutors and judges. Collaboration on continuing training is supervised by the High Council for the Judiciary and the High Council for the public prosecution service (sects. 1, 2(a), 76 to 79 Act 16/98).
