III.16 On what grounds can he be dismissed?
A public prosecutor may be removed from the service
by the decision of a disciplinary court for a disciplinary infringement. He loses
his function when the penalty measure of deprivation of public rights is
inflicted on him. The Prosecutor General may dismiss a public prosecutor if he
broke his duties after he had been punished twice by a disciplinary court with
admonition, removal from the function or displacement.
