III.16 On what grounds can he be dismissed?
With regard to the Attorney General see Q III.3.
With regard to the advocates serving the Office of the Attorney General, since
these advocates are all civil servants, the grounds for dismissal applicable
are those grounds applicable to all civil servants as are laid down in the Public
Service Management Code (vide www.mpo.gov.mt).
