III.15 Who appoints the public prosecutor?
Upon an advocate passing the selection process run
by the Public Service Commission, the actual appointment to serve Government in
an advocate’s capacity is issued under the seal of the Prime Minister. No
specific appointment, other than the Attorney General, is issued since it is in
the Attorney General to decide on how to delegate work and to whom.
