III.3 In which law?

Apart from the provisions of sect. 91(3) Constitution, the Attorney General is afforded the same independence that members of the judiciary enjoy. The Attorney General being the Public Prosecutor then delegates members of the legal profession employed by his Office with his functions. These advocates are enrolled in the public service and their appointment to serve as lawyers with the Office of the Attorney General is made by the Prime Minister upon the recommendation of the Public Service Commission (a constitutionally independent body responsible for recruitment within the public service).
