Questionnaire Malta
I.28 In case of a diversionary measure, who needs to give his consent?
The applicability of diversionary measures depends
totally on the special law creating same diversionary measure. The special law,
such as the Fisheries and Conservation Management Act, stipulates that the
consent necessary for the application of such diversionary measures rests with
the Director responsible for Fisheries. Each special law designates a specific
individual with such powers of consent.
