III.5 Who decides on the separate budget of the prosecution service?

Parliament and the Government. The Prosecutor General (his deputy) shall represent the prosecutor’s office during the deliberation of the State budget or appropriations allotted to the prosecutor’s office at the Seimas, the Government and other state institutions (sect. 57 Law on the Prosecutor’s Office).
