III.16 On what grounds can he be dismissed?
Prosecutors, as all members of the judiciary, can
be submitted to a disciplinary trial in case they do not attend to their duties
or they behave improperly so to discredit the single member or the whole
category. There are different possible sanctions and the most severe one is the
removal, which can be issued only for absolutely major violations of duties (so
judged by an appropriate section of the Higher Council of the Judiciary).
