IV.15 How many courses does a public prosecutor have to attend annually?
During their period of apprenticeship, the
candidates selected have to attend at least three courses organized by the
Higher Council each year. Such duty is provided expressly in sect. 15 of the
decree issued on the 17th of July of 1998.
