III.16 On what grounds can he be dismissed?

-           as a disciplinary sanction for a serious disciplinary offence;
-           if he becomes permanently incapable of fulfilling his tasks;
-           if he is sentenced to imprisonment, community service, prohibition from public affairs or forced medical treatment of insane offenders by the criminal court’s final decision;
-           when in the course of rearrangement or due to job cuts his job has become redundant; and
-           due to activities which are incompatible with the position of the prosecutor (see Q III.12.).
