I.19 What are the main diversionary measures?
- Warning (reprimand) by the prosecutor. The prosecutor may issue a warning (reprimand) if he dismisses the case on the ground of insignificance of danger to society. In this way, the system diverts petty crime from the courts without expressly offending the legality principle. This solution is regulated in the substantive criminal law.
