IV.12 Which organisation gives the continuing training?
The Department for further training of Prosecutors
(within the Office of the Prosecutor General) deals with educational matters of
prosecutors, but not in the frame of a permanent program. However, it organizes
courses on a regular basis in different areas of law. There does not exist a
separate or special institution for the training of prosecutors.
