II.12 Which law, which section?
The executive power has no right to exercise
influence. Only the PP at the Supreme Court (Areios Paghos) has the right to address mandates, general instructions
and recommendations to inferior prosecutors connected with the exercise of
their functions; also prosecutors at various levels have a similar right
regarding their inferiors (sect. 24 ยง 5 of Law 1756/1989 re Organisation of the
Courts)
