III.13 What are the prerequisites to become a public prosecutor?
Prerequisites are the same as for judges: a minimum
of seven semesters of law studies followed by the First Examination in Law and
a two-year internship period followed by the Second Examination in Law. States
usually choose prosecutors from the top third of graduates.
