III.16 On what grounds can he be dismissed?
Sect. 58-1 Ordinance of December 22, 1958 only
mentions the facts that are likely to justify disciplinary proceedings to be
initiated over a member of the public prosecution services, and sect. 43
Ordinance refers to the violation by the magistrate of his duties regarding his
status, honour, morality and dignity as a disciplinary fault, without any
further indication.
