I.40 Can a court trial be expedited after an agreement (Verfahrensbeendende Absprachen/bargaining)?

Plea bargaining (sect. 495-7 CCP) can only be introduced by the district prosecutor or at the request of the defendant himself prior to any public prosecution being instituted.
