III.13 What are the prerequisites for becoming a public prosecutor?
Basic requirement: University law degree. In
addition for district prosÂecutors: Required skills for the office (which means
at least one year’s court practice). For the Prosecutor General and Deputy
Prosecutor General the prerequisites are: good knowledge and experience of
working as a judge or prosecutor and administrative experience.
