IV.13 Is the continuing training mandatory for public prosecutors?
Current compulsory courses are induction, advocacy
development programme (unless on assessment this is deemed unnecessary) and a
variety of knowledge based courses on a range of legal topics (where a skill
and knowledge gap is identified).
