IV.4 Does a national Code of Conduct or Code of Ethics for members of the prosecution service exist?

There is no national Code of Conduct/Ethics for members if the prosecution service. In 1994 was published in the periodical Juristen an unofficial report ‘Professional Ethical Problems in Criminal Procedure’, Fagligt etiske problemer i strafferetsplejen, by a group of specialists forming part of the professional ethical working group of the Association of Lawyers and Economists, Dansk Jurist- og Økonomforbund (DJØF). The report covers ethical problems confronting prosecutors as well.
