I.44 Does the public prosecutor request or suggest which sentence the court should impose at the end of the court trial?

Yes. The prosecutor is free to suggest a sentence to be imposed by the court according to results of court proceedings. However basic principles for all cases are done by Instruction of General Nature 12/2003 on content of closing speech of prosecutor before court.
