I.20 What is the main simplified procedure?

According to sect. 179a Penal Procedure Code police can start with an approval simplified preliminary procedure on the offence where district court is competent and the time of possible imprisonment is up to three years if suspect has been caught in the act or imminent after the commitment during verification of criminal announcement is possible to conclude that they are reasons for starting prosecution and an offender would be sent before court in the limit of two weeks.
