I.12 Which special investigation methods?
According to the Code of Criminal Procedure such
special methods are called operational means of searching, namely:
- sham transfer (sect. 158c CCP);
- tracking of people and things (sect. 158d CCP); and
- use of agent (sect. 158e CCP).
