IV.15 How many courses does a public prosecutor have to attend annually?
It is very difficult to answer the question,
because education is registered and centralised at the Ministry of Justice. It
depends on the ambition of prosecutors or of needs of each individual
prosecutors. Some specialists attend one special course some many (5-10).
Limits are depending on professional capacity of prosecutors. Yearly around 500
prosecutors (the Republic has approximately 1,000 prosecutors) are educated at
the Justice Academy
