IV.3 What are his main tasks in administrative law?
The Attorney General is entitled to submit motion
(to court) to cancel an administrative body decision – in proceedings initiated
by indictment in administrative justice according to sect. 66, par. 2 Rules of
Judicial Administrative Procedure, on condition of public interest.
