III.16 On what grounds can he be dismissed?
Being public servants, the officers of the Law
Office of the Republic enjoy security of tenure until they retire at the age of
60. They cannot be dismissed otherwise than through the disciplinary procedure
which is prescribed in the Public Service Law and the Regulations issued on the
basis of this law.
