II.3 Does the executive have the right to give instructions – in any way – to the prosecution?
The executive has no right to give instructions to
the prosecution service. The prescription of prosecution policy and the
supervision of its implementation fall exclusively within the ambit of the
powers of the Attorney General. The executive have no authority in the matter.
