IV.4 Does a national Code of Conduct or Code of Ethics for members of the prosecution service exist?
No such Code of Conduct or Ethics exists. However,
the advocates of the Law Office of the Republic are registered, as practicing
advocates, with the Supreme Court and are members of the Cyprus Bar Association.
Their professional behaviour, as advocates, is governed by the provisions of
the Advocates Law, Cap. 2 and the Code of Conduct (see below).
