I.39 Who standardises the formulation of the charge for (certain) crimes?

Standardisation, of course, follows from the statutory description of the criminal offence. Therefore models for charges have been formulated for several offences and crimes by the prosecution service. These models more or less only have to be completed with the concrete personal data of the accused and the circumstances of the actual criminal offence as well as with the offers of evidence and in specific proceedings the grounds for accusation.
